Adam joined WMEL's “UnderGround Radio” in February 2004 as their resident music geek and Music Director. During Adam’s time with the show, his Featured Artist segment specialized in bringing unsigned artists to the airwaves that wouldn’t usually get the well deserved attention. Now, with Pop Garden Radio, he can focus an entire show on unsigned music, highlight a weekly Artist In Bloom and dedicate special theme nights. Adam stepped away from UnderGround Radio in June of 2005. With Pop Garden Radio, Adam has had the pleasure of interviewing several Pop Legends including Brian Wilson, the Rembrandts, Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, Pat Dinizio of the Smithereens, the Rubinoos and Ron Dante (the Archies) to name just a few.
A one time high school Drama teacher, Adam is a member of the band Ruin the Rain, and has released 5 comedy CDs over the last 14 years. His most recent release is Puddin’ on a Smile. The Ruin the Rain CD, Schoolboy Reaction was released in December 2005.
Adam’s producer credits have includes The Damon Green Show, The Dan Conry Show, Love Talk Today, The Sports Addiction, Sybil Gage’s Stormy Monday Show and several other programs on WMEL. He was also co-host of the wildly popular Hollywood and Sports Wrap-up with Adam & Dan, also on WMEL. (he played the part of Adam in that show).
In the summer of 2009 Adam teamed up with Michael Slawter to start Pop Garden Radio Presents: The Rock on the Road Tour . It’s a traveling music festival featuring artists that are played regularly on Pop Garden Radio. The debut show was in Winston-Salem, NC in November of 2009 and has at least two tour stops a year.
Since 2010 Pop Garden Records has released 4 volumes of the Rock on the Road Tour series a two volume Rick Nelson tribute and a Christmas CD.
